As part of our webcam service, we process the following personal data for the purpose of technical functional analysis (debugging) and to ensure security in the context of using our MediaPlayer: IP address to determine the country of origin and log files (date and time of access to our MediaPlayer). The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is legitimate interest (including ensuring functionality and preventing misuse) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Profiling does not take place. In this context, we use a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, whom we have obligated to comply with legal requirements through a processing agreement. If you wish to participate in our PanoramaTV competition (hereinafter referred to as the competition), we will process the following personal data provided by you for the purpose of conducting the competition and announcing the winners, provided you have consented to this: surname, first name, email address, date and time of participation. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the context of the competition is the competition contract concluded between you and us (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The processing of personal data is therefore necessary. The winners will be announced exclusively on the legal basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. No profiling will take place. After the competition has ended and the competition contract has been processed, and after the winners have been announced, the data will be deleted immediately if it is no longer required for the purpose of the contract, but at the latest three months after the end of the competition. If you have given your consent, you have the right to revoke it. For more information, please refer to the section Your rights as a data subject.
6.4. Google Ads with Remarketing
We place advertisements on the Google advertising network via Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords). In order to measure the reach and success of our ads, we use Google Ads conversion tracking from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Google Ads conversion tracking tool allows us to see which keywords, ads, ad groups, and campaigns lead to the desired customer actions. We can see how many customers interact with our ads on a device and then perform a conversion. Google Ads Conversion Tracking allows personal data, such as IP address, device and browser identification, to be transferred to and evaluated by servers of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In addition, after interacting with an ad in the Google advertising network, a cookie with an anonymized but unique identifier may be set on your client device, provided you allow this in your browser settings.
In the context of data transfer to the USA, we would like to point out that Google LLC is EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified (see https://commission.europa.eu/document/fa09cbad-dd7d-4684-ae60-be03fcb0fddf_en or https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list) and has an appropriate level of data protection (see also Art. 45 GDPR). Furthermore, we would like to point out that we have concluded a data protection agreement with Google LLC, which obliges Google LLC to comply with data protection regulations.
We also use the remarketing option in Google Ads. Google Remarketing analyzes your user behavior on our website (e.g., clicking on a specific product) in order to classify you into specific advertising target groups and then show you relevant ads when you visit other websites (remarketing or retargeting). In addition, the advertising target groups created with Google Remarketing can be linked to Google's cross-device functions. This means that interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been tailored to you based on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g., cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g., notebook). You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
Detailed information about how Google collects your data and for what purpose it is used and processed can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6.5. Google Analytics

The website uses the IP anonymisation option offered by Google Analytics. Your IP address will therefore be shortened/anonymised by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address. On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. You can find Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
6.6. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on our website. This is a solution that allows us to manage statistics and tracking services via a simple interface and integrate them into our website. The Tag Manager itself does not track visitors, but is primarily used to integrate tracking from other services. Among other things, your IP address as well as device and browser identification are transmitted by Google to servers of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, in the USA and stored there.
45 GDPR). 6.7. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, on our website. With the help of the Meta Pixel, we can evaluate the reach of our ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services. This primarily serves to improve the ads we place on Meta services (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Your data is collected and stored by Meta, and is not visible to us; it can only be used to place ads. Cookies are set when the Meta Pixel code is used.
By using the Meta Pixel, Meta is informed of your visit to this website so that you can see ads relevant to you on Meta. If you have a Meta account and are logged in, your visit to our website will be associated with your corresponding Meta user accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). At a minimum, your IP address, device and browser identification will be transferred to Meta Ireland Limited and possibly also to Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Meta Way Menlo Park, California 94025 in the USA.
In the context of data transfer to the USA, we would like to point out that Meta Platforms, Inc. is EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified (see https://commission.europa.eu/document/fa09cbad-dd7d-4684-ae60-be03fcb0fddf_en or https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list) and has an appropriate level of data protection (see also Art. 45 GDPR). Furthermore, we would like to point out that we have concluded a data protection agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc., which obliges Meta Platforms, Inc. to comply with data protection regulations.

A "company limited by guarantee" registered in England and Wales. By calling up this website, information about the use of this website including the IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. We therefore have no influence whatsoever on the data collected in this way. Further information on the collection and processing of your data by OpenStreetMap can be found here: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
